Steven turned it into ten duplex apartments, 16 offices, a 200-seat conference centre, a private gym and two commercial units.
Now, it's valued at 2.7 million.

Steven bought this building for £55,000 and spent £200,000 to turn it into 7 buy to lets. Now its valued at £495,000. This property generates a rental income of £41,000 per annum.
Another derelict building, Steven was able to purchase this property with no money down. He structured the deal to pay for the works, supplies and fees on the backend with the profit after the property was re-mortgaged.
