BUSINESS CENTRE

Steven bought this building for £200,000. It was a former nightclub and gym that had stood abandoned for 15 years. Nobody wanted to take it on due to its size: 25,000 sq ft (the same as 25 3-bed houses).

Steven turned it into ten duplex apartments, 16 offices, a 200-seat conference centre, a private gym and two commercial units.
Now, it's valued at 2.7 million.

7 BTL'S FROM
1 CONVERSION

This derelict building had been an eyesore in the local area for years. Steven was able to purchase this property with no money down. He structured the deal to pay for the works, supplies, and fees on the backend, with the profit generated after the property was re-mortgaged.

By building credibility with lenders, Steven was able to buy this large pub/hotel without using his own money.
